Checkout infrastructure
Checkout on zieugna.com is powered by Shopify together with participating payment providers. Available payment methods appear during checkout and may vary according to location, currency, device, and provider availability.
Authorization and fraud prevention
Orders may be subject to payment authorization and reasonable fraud-prevention review. A bank or payment provider may request additional verification, reject a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold.
ZieuGnaโข does not determine an issuer's approval decision and cannot control how long a financial institution takes to release a temporary hold.
How transaction information is handled
Payment-card details are transmitted to and processed by participating payment providers using their own security controls. ZieuGnaโข does not store complete payment-card numbers in its own store systems.
No online system is entirely risk-free. Customers should use trusted devices and networks and keep account credentials protected.
Pricing and additional charges
Product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.
Currency-conversion costs, foreign-transaction fees, installment charges, and other fees imposed by a financial provider are determined by that provider.
Payment concerns
If a payment is declined, review the billing details, available funds, issuer restrictions, and any verification request from your provider.
If duplicate pending authorizations appear, contact your issuing bank because one entry may represent a temporary authorization hold rather than a completed transaction.
