When does an order become confirmed?

An order confirmation is sent after checkout. Final acceptance remains subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory availability, and order acceptance.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after warehouse processing or shipment has begun.

How is checkout handled?

Checkout uses Shopify and participating payment providers. Available payment methods may vary according to location, currency, device, and enabled services.

Shipping

How long does delivery normally take?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

When will tracking become visible?

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear.

Returns & Warranty

What is the return window?

An authorized return may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Review the Return & Refund Policy for applicable eligibility and instructions.

What is covered by the warranty?

Eligible ZieuGna™ products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship. Consumables, normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, and unauthorized modification are excluded.
