How do I place an order?

To order gardening plant goods from ZieuGna™, simply browse our online store and choose the products you would like to buy. Add your selected items to the cart, then follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is successfully placed, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. This email includes your transaction details and a summary of the products included in your order.

How can I track my package?

After your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification with tracking information. You can use the tracking number in that message to follow your package until it reaches your delivery address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are usually prepared soon after payment is completed. If you need to change order details or cancel your purchase, please contact customer support as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help, but once processing has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.

What payment methods are accepted?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, please contact our support team right away. Include your order ID and clear photos of the issue so we can review the situation and help resolve it efficiently.
