At ZieuGna™, we want customers to feel confident when choosing our gardening plant goods. This policy explains how we review return requests that meet our requirements and how refunds are handled once an eligible return has been approved.

30-Day Return Window

If the item you receive is not what you expected, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

For a return to qualify, the product must be unused and remain in its original condition. When possible, please send it back with the original packaging. Each return request must also include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt.

Some products may not be eligible for return because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.

Return Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. ZieuGna™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

After we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by ZieuGna™.
