Submit a privacy request
Email service@zieugna.com using the subject line Privacy Request.
Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide the email address associated with your interaction with the store.
Do not provide payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Identity verification
To protect personal information, ZieuGnaโข may request information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and authority to submit the request.
An authorized agent may be required to provide evidence of authorization. Where legally permitted, the request may also be verified directly with the consumer.
Advertising and cookie controls
Available cookie notices, store-preference tools, browser settings, and device controls may allow customers to manage analytics or advertising technologies.
Where legally required and technically supported, recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control are processed.
Email marketing
You may stop receiving promotional emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
Transactional communications concerning orders, accounts, security, recalls, warranty matters, or customer support may still be sent.
Non-discrimination and appeals
ZieuGnaโข will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Where local law provides an appeal right, request review by replying to the privacy-decision email or submitting a new message using the subject line Privacy Appeal.
